Are you organised, do you have good ideas to share and could you help with event organising and fundraising?
We are looking for parents to help us plan and run activities and events.
Parent Committee members may help support the youth workers and volunteer team to plan the services and a programme of events being run to support the young people in Congresbury. Your assistance is greatly appreciated in organising and running community events and fund raising efforts. Events could include:
quiz night at the local pub
stalls and raffle sales at the Village fete
stall at the Christmas fayres
annual Youth Partnership awards evening
family fun events on Millennium Green

Committee meetings are usually held on the third Tuesday of each month, 6pm - 8pm. Attendance is not compulsory, but all parent committee members are very welcome and encouraged to attend as often as they can.
