Organisation Description
We are a friendship group which promotes companionship, tolerance, respect, solidarity and mutual trust and understanding through learning about our different cultures, traditions and beliefs.
We are open to everyone regardless of race, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation and disability.
We actively encourage and assist our members to integrate into and contribute to the local community. Our weekly sessions and activities help combat loneliness, promote good physical and mental health and help to prevent isolation.
We meet every Tuesday 1.00pm – 3.00pm at The Weston Room in the Badger Centre, for bring-and-share lunch.
Please pop in and join us when you are free, on any Tuesday, whether it’s just to have a cup of tea or coffee, a chat, to talk about your experiences or to share your talents!
