If you have a great telephone manner and are confident, calm and collected then this could be the role for you.
In this role you will:
• Be the first point of contact for our customers
• Help our customers with their enquiries
• Arrange collections and deliveries of donations
• Complete online bookings
• Promote the benefits of the Gift Aid scheme
