Organisation Description

Weston Hospicecare provides palliative care for people living with a life-limiting illness in Weston-super-Mare and the surrounding areas as far afield as Highbridge, Burnham, Cheddar, Draycott, Yatton, Congresbury and Clevedon.

Our primary aim is to provide a quality of life that is pain free where patients can be treated and cared for by loved ones in a place of their choice, be that here are the Hospice, their own home or a care home.

All of the services we provide are totally free of charge, with only 20% of the £4.2 million a year running cost funded by the NHS. The rest is raised through our volunteers, shops and fundraising team working tirelessly throughout the year to support patients and families.
