There is one meeting a month and it is currently conducted virtually during a working day. The meeting lasts about 1.5 hours but some additional time outside of this is likely to fulfil the following Treasurer responsibilities.
As the Treasurer you will be in a position to lead on all aspects of finance within the organisation.

Description
Nailsea and District Community Transport is looking for a volunteer Trustee (committee member) who has a financial background to help the organisation as Treasurer over the coming financial year.
As a Trustee this is an exciting opportunity for you to influence the future size and shape of the Organisation.
NDCT has been serving in excess of 400 elderly and disabled residents in North Somerset for the last 25 years by providing transport for shopping, Dial a Ride and Day Trips out.
We are seeking another volunteer who possesses the financial acumen to support the committee in taking the organisation forward. The organisation employs 3 office staff, 4 drivers (all part time) is also supported by circa 20 volunteers together with a committee of volunteer Trustees that are responsible for the organisation.
Our current Treasurer would like to retire but will remain in post until we find a suitable replacement.

We are looking for volunteer who has a financial background and can work well with the rest of the team. The organisation employs financial auditors for the end of year accounts.
