This will be a regular role for people that can commit to the role and to the delivery of the opportunity through the duration of the SEEMONSTER event.

Our Team Leaders for SEEMONSTER will be there to manage a volunteer team allocated to them. You will be responsible for:
• Producing & managing the volunteer rota
• Admin to include word and excel programmes
• Sign in volunteers and shifts
• Set-up What’s App group
• Assign volunteers to roles
• Communicate daily reports for the Site Manager
• Ensure welfare area is clean and well-stocked
• Liaise with operations and Council
• To instruct and cascade information to volunteers
• Be the point of contact for the volunteers and to support if needed
• Manage any team changes as necessary.

What we are looking for
Computer skills – working with excel and word programmes.
Organisational skills – this role will require the person to be very organised from administration purposes down to day-to-day job requirements.
People skills – ability to organise people and teams with a friendly approachable manner.
Time management – smart working and ability to reach deadlines
All these skills are desirable, not essential – training will be given.
The opportunity to cross work with local Council and global company, New Substance (design, build and technology for the events industry) allows for endless opportunities for the individual. You will meet and make possible friendships with a large pool of people across the work streams involved with a project of this magnitude.
