We are looking for a volunteer to record editions of local news for our Visually-Impaired listeners across North Somerset. The recording is performed using an audio mixer and a computer. An understanding of audio recording equipment is not compulsory. Full training will be provided. You would be part of a group of 4 recordists, therefore you would be required to manage a recording session, every 4 weeks. Recordings sessions are held every Friday at 5pm.

Each recording session would last around 2 hours. The end product of a recording session is a Master memory stick which will later be copied by one of our team of Copiers who will post the copies in dedicated wallets to our 180+ listeners. WTN provide this service, every week, and have done since 1986.
