Description
We are a cheerful small support group, for people who have Rheumatoid Arthritis and have access to hydrotherapy pool, our age ranges from 20-70 year olds. We require a person to be present outside the pool to assist in case of any emergency, during our Monday evening session. (You do not need to be a lifeguard or trained in any way). First aid qualification would be helpful but not necessary as we have first aiders on site.

Organisation Description
A friendly self help group we support people who have RA and their families, friends and carers through education and peer support. We meet once a month to talk and shares experiences tips and ideas. Now have the opportunity to have hydrotherapy sessions once a week in our local area.
